A qualified contractor is required to remove, safely dispose of existing asbestos roofing materials and replace them with new corrugated roof sheets at a plantation housing facility in Mpumalanga.
The project includes asbestos removal and disposal, supply and installation of treated timber purlins, sisalation, corrugated roof sheeting, roof ridges, beam filling, plastering, painting and all associated labour and materials.
The scope covers approximately 10 village houses measuring approximately 7.6m x 6.5m each. Contractors must be registered to handle asbestos and provide proof of previous similar projects.
