A suitably qualified service provider is required for the end-to-end design, build, setup, breakdown and project management of an exhibition stand and hospitality chalet for a major aerospace and defence exhibition taking place in Gauteng.
The scope includes exhibition stand design and construction, hospitality chalet fit-out, catering support, logistics, compliance, event support, daily cleaning, internet connectivity, safety files, liquor licence arrangements where applicable, and full project management.
The successful bidder will be expected to provide a complete technical proposal, design drawings, 3D renderings, project plan, portfolio of previous work, references, pricing schedule and all required returnable documents.
