Supplier must quote for complete PPE packs including reflective safety vests, safety helmets, safety boots, gloves and safety goggles. Safety boots must be suitable for construction or industrial site use and quoted according to the size breakdown provided. Reflective vests must include high-visibility reflective tape and be quoted according to the vest size breakdown provided. Supplier must confirm: • Stock availability • Delivery lead time • Brand or product options • Whether the items are suitable for construction/industrial site use • Whether branding on reflective vests is available as an optional extra • Delivery cost • Payment terms Quote must clearly state whether pricing includes VAT and delivery.
